Inflation typically takes 1–3 minutes, depending on size and pump power. Deflation takes about the same time.
Can I adjust the firmness of my Air Track?
Yes! Adding more air increases firmness, while releasing air makes it softer. Adjust to match your preference and training level.
How do I clean my Air Track?
